Custom Digitizing

Digitizing is a one time expense. Once your Logo, Artwork or Text is digitized you can re-order as many times as you wish with no additional costs.

Most logos or text for a shirt or hat will use between 2,000 and 8,000 stitches. Digitizing usually costs from $35 to $75. Extremely large embroidery from 50,000 to 150,000 stitches or complicated designs can cost more.

Digitizing is the most important part for creating high quality Custom Embroidery. DIGITIZING is a process which converts your original logo, artwork or text into a sewing stitch file. Digitizing defines the type, direction and placement of every stitch in your logo. A Digitized file is NOT a Graphic File or a Vector File; it is a unique set of machine instructions for commercial embroidery equipment to use.
